John, All - 10-Qs, 10-Ks

John, why not call your local SEC office this morning to see what has actually been filed? (I just checked EDGAR and found nothing.) Ask them also if anything is overdue. Let us know what you hear.

All - I had planned to stop by the SEC earlier but there was a family difficulty and I didn't get to it. I will go to their offices in DC tomorrow, research as much as I can (DACQ is a fascinating enterprise, but doesn't really pay me a very large salary), and photocopy any new filings.

More important still, I believe that copies of DACQ's filings can also be found in the SEC offices of the larger cities. (Call your local SEC # to see.) If this is the case, anyone can go in there and do the same thing I'm going to do tomorrow. Indeed, if they DO have any records, I would HEARTILY RECOMMEND that you go in and review them. (Failing that, you can order any document from the Washington office.) Then we can all discuss your findings right here!

Mike.
