Electric and all else,

What is your opinion on the SI Bull/Bear
ratio? I looked this am and noticed that
the ratio is lower than I have ever seen
it. The contrarians would argue that this
a bullish indicator due to all the money
on the sidelines...I however, have noticed
that the SI ratio tends to be a pretty
timely indicator of techstocks and the
ratio would indicate a nice selloff in the
works for techs.

What do you think?
