Today was based on takeover speculation, and 3Com isn't a good candidate for Telcoms due to exposure to PC business. IMHO it is a given Coms will miss the quarter, and I wouldn't be surprised to see them struggle for a couple of more quarters, this whole tech rally was based on ANALysts bullsh$t....look at HWP.......
