The markets were down again. It never fails stock moves up on rumor on NR and backs off the day of the NR. Professional shorters are always looking for NR on any company and then they place their sell orders in. IMO, this play is on its way to a production mine. The actual fundamentals of the NR, I can't really say more than what we already know. I am sure someone else can.
