Just passing on my thoughts. I was going to jump all over this stock but after checking out the time share industry and the orlando mkt i did not. The time share industry got a major 2nd wind a couple of years ago but is really running out of air and seems to be totally mature except for hotel chains and top mkts, although orlando is one of the best in the world it has become severly over built and does not need another 700 units. IMO- though this stock might get nice bumps but i question any sustainablilty. I am not trying to deflate anyones hopes just relaying what i learned before i move on. Best of luck kevin
