Tipsy-Turvy, Let's see: 1. The server market hit the wall this quarter, with down sales. Remember when somebody was on this thread all the time reminding us that Compaq had to make tons of profits because they were in servers. 2. No Merced, no Los Banos or any other city on the wrong side of California's Pacheco Pass. This will simply increase the sub-$1000 share of the market. That really helps pricey producers like Dell and Gateway. Not! 3. Y2K hasn't begun to be addressed, so IS spending will hit the wall soon. That should help the direct sellers.
