1. What does maintaining "status quo" mean in this situation? 2. Will the stockholder meeting allow voting by mail? 3. Can the stockholders vote "Cleve" onto the board to represent them or does the board member have to be a stockholder? Finally, something meaty to discuss...folks this is history in the making. So...who wants to run for the BOD? (besides Matt <g>)
