AllnetServices.com Corp. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Computer Solutions Company; Launches Marketing for New Internet Site
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- AllnetServices.com Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: AWEB - news) today announced the signing of a Letter of Intent to acquire a computer company in New York. The eleven-year-old company had 1997 revenue totaling more than $1.2 million. The company provides comprehensive computer hardware, software and systems solution placing a special emphasis on Electronic Filing Cabinet Systems, LAN/WAN and NT Systems Networking Solutions and Internet Home Page Advertising. They also manufacture custom configuration PCs, provide Theft Deterrent Solutions, Systems Integration and Consulting Services. Signing of a final purchase agreement is expected within thirty days, subject to the completion of due diligence.
AllnetServices.com also announced it will be launching the first of several new marketing and advertising campaigns aimed at increasing the traffic at its two e-commerce sites: goingonce.net, the 24-hour interactive online auction, and its newest Internet site allnetdirect.com, which lists over 45,000 computer products from more than 700 manufacturers including Intel (INTC), Microsoft (MSFT), Compaq, (CPQ), IBM (IBM), Hewlett Packard (HP) and hundreds more. Additionally, the company anticipates its third online etailing site, allmonitormall.com, to be operational by June 19th.
