Todd, Re your 'alarming' point.....the question is whether 'huge' is huge enough and therein lies my ignorance for sure. What I would actually like to know is whether they wrote off ALL of the production equipment particularly associated with the particular capacity no one needs any more. The buildings and environmental support for them and all that is a different matter. Might you have any insight into what percentage of their current PPE might be process equipment vs land+building?
