Excellent Re-post...and upon reading it again, the statements appear to be true... You and the other novices on the SI board have no idea of what your legal position towards the management of this or any corporation is. TRUE - We don't know what we are doing so we hire someone who does. No idea of how long it could potentially take to get any kind of a decision, favorable or not. TRUE - Most of us had no idea it would take so little time. No idea that even if you could in your wildest dreams ever get a judge to rule in your favor. TRUE - Most, in their wildest dreams could never imagine a judge ruling in stockholder's favor. However, all it takes is ONE person with ONE wild dream that the rest can attach to, to create an army with a vision. Here's my vote for the four BOD seats...representing all four "personality types" KAA representing the LION Novice Bob representing the GOLDER RETRIEVER Cleve representing OWL Fatt Matt representing the OTTER
