Dear Auric and anyone interested in AENG,
Since I am new to this board, a little background information.
I am an executive in the publishing business and an original investor in AENG. My engine knowledge is minimal of either this or any other engine.
Being of middle age does not guarantee either maturity or intelligence. What it does guarantee is a lot of life's experiences. Despite being in business for over thirty five years, I have never gone through such a gamut of emotions as I did over the last two weeks.
Perhaps some of you reading this, experienced some of these same emotions. Buy, sell, hold ...stop reading this board altogether. Last weeks "expose" by Chris Byron me over the top. What to do? I really wasn't sure. So I took MR. goldfinger's advice. I called Patterson Travis.
For the record as an original investor my account is there. I have spoken to my broker many times over the last few months, and certainly more so of late. The only time I previously spoke to Dave Travis was nearly a year ago, when I considering investing in AENG. At the time, I felt Dave was more than forthright with his information, in answer to my many questions Last Friday, I again spoke to Dave on both on Friday morning and again on Friday evening.
Some of what we spoke about was personal but obviously most of what we discussed was AENG and this board. For the record, without question I again found David Travis to be of the utmost integrity, and completely candid in all of his answers.
Now, I realize at this point anything written on this board, especially from someone new is going to be questioned. I respect that and I would do the same. I will also tell you that the most important thing to me is my own integrity. Anything, that I write either now or later, I can and will support.
So if anyone else out there lost sight of AENG' potential and became emotional you were not alone. So so far auric the best advice you gave was calling Patterson Travis. I did and I am glad. Again, in case you missed it earlier Dave Travis, in my opinion is am a man of integrity. Since at this point in AENG's growth, and this board in particular integrity is such an important issue, hope about starting now with either your real name or your firm. It seems like over the last number of days your credibility seems to be going away...in my opinion.
Sincerely,
Mike 1
