My dear you underestimate me We are negotiating as I write...waiting for the guy to go to his supervisor... so far their offer is a brand new (versus what they were sending me as part of the warranty deal) upgraded monitor I made my counteroffer and we will see what happens But I went really easy on the guy because he admitted it was partly his fault and he was really sorry....so I cant unleash the big guns on him because no doubt he is going to get it from his boss ;-)
