KAA and all, were not out of it yet, they can still call for a rehearing and try to get the judge to recind on one or more points in the claim. The best thing I see is our call for an election of BOD's and this should be done ASAP to get a change of management going. Who is going to act as temporary secratary and issue the formal request for nominations and then elections ? Whoever it is will need a complete listing of all current shareholders and their addresses. So even if your not listed on the compliant you still get a vote as a shareholder. A BOD member does not have to be a shareholder, however, nominating Cleve might be to much of a conflict of interest. BOD members are not neccessarily paid positions, so another item to be considered, will these be paid or non paid positions ? I have some experience as a BOD member and would be glad to help set up the elections and new board process. We need to be fairly concienous here to insure we don't give jack and company reason to question any actions we conduct at this point.
