Sorry, Gary, I was referring to the BS you got from the Waterhouse rep. You need to be a little more assertive with them. I have been trading via the webbroker and developed a nice relationship with one of their local reps and she looks after my interests scrupulously. Sometimes, in error, I have been charged $35 or $45 instead of $12 and she always corrects the commissions for me. They're a very friendly firm if you give them a chance. Dick
