A PARTNERSHIP FOR LEGACY CODE TRANSFORMATION The partnership between IMRS and RELATIVITY TECHNOLOGIES brings together the low cost IT service capabilities with software that facilitates the conversion of older platforms and code to C++ and JAVA operating on client servers and for internet based uses.Some 5-10% of the existing 200 billion lines of code are candidates for conversion. I believe the timely availability of the most complete solution for transforming legacy systems is a key step that sets the stage for the 10x growth IMRS envisions is possible for their current highly profitable IT service business.The timing is especially significant as IMRS must be up and running very large large legacy transformation projects within 6 months to maintain the forecasted 10% per quarter sequential revenue growth.While I am not a computer techie like many people posting here, I continue to believe Satish Sanan has again demonstrated his visionary capabilities in consumating this multi-million $ deal.I welcome comments by those more knowledgable than I about the Relativity technology.
