Should PAIR be on the list at all? It's claim to fame is HDSL which is a transition for legacy systems. Like a one-trick pony, what's left after the one trick? And given the dynamic developments in networking, the Street may not even be thrilled by that trick. TBR leaps would be a better speculative investment, Brazilian markets not withstanding. TBR to be privatized come July.

Heck, Andrew ... I know WFR will be needed one day, can't say the same for PAIR.
