Pilot, ATPX is not in competition with Boeing or Airbus. Boeing subcontracts ATPX for contracts. I'm not sure about Airbus. As far as the purchase price for the French firm, I believe that I posted that I do not know the price or terms. That is one of the questions that I have for Harvey. Sergio
