Mark, The Market Guide which I have access to updates weekly (every Wednesday). As of today, it now shows SYSF's book @ $0.90. Therefore, SYSF's P/B is now @ 1.9. Did you listen to the conference call? Mgt. did say that they fully expect each of the next few quarters to improve, successively, compared to 1st Q'98. In light of the current lawsuits, I don't think they would they would make this comment unless they were truly confident. In fact, when asked to provide details, Deb refused, stating that being under lawsuit attacks does have it's effects -of making a company tight lipped. JL
