I have read an article on monopolies, somewhere on the web, that a critical point in a monoploy is that they do not provide any enhancement to the product for the benefit of the user. This is going to be a point that the DOJ will have difficultly proving.

This was being discussed by lawyers on monopolies. If I find the article I will post it.

I think what Bob Dole says must be taken with a grain of salt, after all he was a politician.
