Yes It has an unfair advantage from my understanding in its product (water purification). Apparently they are not far away from settling the SEC suit against them plus I believe the last news release stated they had resumed business. I do not know for sure. Now remember no matter how much DD is done on a stock there are no guaranttees what so ever. I do like the stock as I do a few more and I am really like to my 2 year longs with an Unfair Advantage also. GB
