Hey, Honestly, I have no idea who controls the rest of the outstanding shares -- you can bet they were once insiders in the company or a company from which HDST was born. Seems they could or would have sold already... Insofar as the movement today, IMO, these guys wanted no action today -- you gave them some so they jerked up the ask a little in case you tried to start a little run... just a knee-jerk reaction. The price change did not have much to do with the volume.
