Yes Dorothy, today is the day. I met with Jensen and Fornelius (secretary and treasurer of GPGI) for dinner for about 2 hrs. Most of the meeting involved what I believe I can do to improve the rate of extraction of goodies from the ores and I did not inquire with them about all the question that everyone here is interested in because the time was so short.
I found Mr. Jensen to be a charming person. I had to ask them to execute a Non Disclosure Agreement, since the new methods and the improvements on their processes are quite "unusual" for the mining industry. Once I explained few of these approaches (I have a list of 20 but only about four are of "major" importance) I proposed, I could see "a light bulb" in their eyes, or the response, yes, it is so simple , how come we did not think of that, and of that and of that. Well, this reaction is par for the course, in my experience.
I learned that the Ore Grande deal is sealed and done. They will send me the total report from INCO on the Ore Grande property, since it includes a number of technical data that will allow me to better tailor my processes to the ores.
The ball is in their court right now, since we did not discuss in any details "what is in it for me". I guess, however, that we will find a win/win arrangement that will make everyone happy.
Sorry I cannot give you an estimate of the total value of GPGI's properties, I do not think they know that themselves, but they certainly know that it is huge.
