Hi: One possibility is that CDA Investnet, the Insider trading weekly, advised selling CDN this week. This was based on lots of insider selling at CDN. From past experience, there is always lots of insider selling at CDN, presumably because they give out lots of options; so I'm not sure Investnet's advise is on the mark. Another is simply that tech stocks are getting hammered and CDN is just part of that. It's had a pretty good run. Certainly deserves to be in the mid 30's though unless things are coming undone.
