Hello fellow owners of our edii co.. I have been reading your bb for several days after getting 25000 edii at .49. It seems everybody is very civil and nice to one another. Anyway, got some info, and this came from a friend of a broker, who told him that he had taken an order to buy 3 million shares over the next 2 days by a group of investors. Also I talked with george gulltman(i think that was how his name was spelled), and he let slip that edii was heading to the American Stock Exchange. Now I'm not sure, but I think a stock has to reach at least 2 dollars, among other req. which edii has already met. Also I found out that last years last quarter's earnings, which was before all these aquisitions, was 5 million in net profit. So at that time I bought another 25000 at .75, and joined SI to let everyone know what I found out. This is a Buffet stock, buy and hold it for the long run, its going straight up. Thats it and also I am happy to be among friends. |
