Barry & all: Sorry, but I don't care! I believed in the management's ability to make this happen, and I believed in Safeguard's commitment, but I must say: No follow through. They pulled Verratti away to go to Pac Title/Mirage too soon, either because this thing wasn't going to fly, because they needed him more there, or because they thought the merger with VVTV would be the ticket. I chose to believe the latter and--regardless of the truth--it didn't happen. I'm not sour on Safeguard (anyone can have some losers, and if they reaffirmed a commitment, I could be back in in a moment), but this deal is over and the company might as well start rerunning Seinfeld with its air time. good luck to the rest of you, --John
