I agree. It is a better alliance than their others (Australia, Eastern Europe? Come on). However, Japanese investors may be so shell shocked by a nine year bear market that it may take them a while to come around to equities again. I have heard that not that many Japanese actually own a computer. With you having lived there, can you tell us about what percentage of Japanese homes have a PC?
