Howdy! Mr. Anderson,
I have to hand it to you, GREAT JOB!! Honestly, I did not trust you in the beginning, but now I have a lot of respect for you. You seem to have the "guts" to change something when you see wrong or foul play, like we have in the CVIA(D) saga. Kudos to you "LION."
GJC: What does the Otter mean that you called me? I would assume, the youngster of the group, with lots to learn.
I still don't understand out legal position here..What have we "WON"? I am slightly confused/missing something here. Please enlighten me or forward me an email. I would appreciate an email. Like I said, I am not old enough to get in on these legal matters. I wish I had a voice though.
Anybody for sure know how the vote for the BOD will be held? Mail, Internet (low cost), email, phone, or what?
Now is the time when we need to go back and look at my "CVIA Return to Profitability Plan." I am not saying I have to be the one to execute it, but most people on here I think agreed with my plan and ideas set forth in it.
If I can play any role in helping the CVIA Ressurection Team out, then let me know. I will do anything for you guys (I guess I am a part of it too??). I will type any letter, put it together or whatever. I am out of school for the summer, so just let me know. I have a job with my dad, so I will still get home in the evenings and get up to date, but I periodically stop by the house in the middle of the day to see what is going on.
I will not waste you all's time about how I would like to steer the CVIA(D) ship, because everybody knows I want too, so I will just vote for the best nominee(s) and go with it from there. (Remember, I don't have to get paid, and I can stay home if I need too, just to handle everything. I like the idea of turning it into a investment company!! With that, we would not have to wait 400 years to see results/details...Instantaneous almost!) I wish us all good luck in all that we do. We need it.
It's gonna be a long haul from here on, so buckle down and ride the rollercoaster!!
Your Friend in Christ,
Matt
