Sorry - Idon't follow what your point is?

We're not talking about the MSFT violating the Constitution. We are talking about statutes created by Congress governing these practices. The Sherman Anti Trust Act and correlative acts.

If your point is that our Constitution forbids MSFT from monopolistic practices, you just plain wrong. Sherman is statutory law; the Constitution, on the other hand, requires an act of Congress plus ratification by the several States to amend it.
