Ah that's the million dollar question ,, dilution ,, has INFE diluted?
CEO was thinking of doing it at the time ,, he needed the money desperately for the acquisition etc..asked me if I can raise 1/2 mill for them ,,at the time .. now suppose those people who gave him the money for shares ,, ran the stock to see their equity appreciate,, nest pas ? Invest say at .04 cents ,, then buy out the entire float ,, Have you noticed ? Rocketeers will not touch stocks that are on it's own merit.. You see my point ?
I don't think Rocks will buy in to DIXS.. it's too high priced for them .. and DIXS has already done it's private placement,, and chairman him self told me that they do not require any additional financing ,, as well as that no insiders will dump on us ,, you see with non reporting BB,, no matter how many times they have been audited can sell the shares at their whims.. that is why I put my money on the DIXS ,,and not at INFE ,,
