I don't know what to think of all these pie charts. I don't dispute them, but I don't believe them either. Last year DCTM was the "clear" leader. The year before DOCSF was the clear leader. I don't recall in distant or near team memory Information Dimensions ever even having a "named" slice of the pie. They would have been in the "other" category. So show me the base numbers from which these market-istics are derived and then I'll be a believer. I have no proof other than anecdotal evidence from industry insiders, but my sense is that OTEXF plays loose and fast with these kind of numbers. I would like to see some real substantive numbers before I'll become a believer.
