I remember the discussion on this last year... I don't fully know... I know that They began renovating the building because there was a story in the local paper... It is Massive money being given by the state to bring in high paying jobs... I have seen the word frigc associated with it... But have also seen more general references that made it less clear... Your point about fittings seems right ...just don't know enough... recovery equiptment is too expensive? When it is up and running there will probably be a release that fully explains...My gut says it is related to frigc whether only equiptment or are they going to mix the blend now themselves since that was being done in Schenectady anyway...don't know... Subcooler is probably too new since this was planned last year and cryogenic cooling has Polycold and APD Cryogenics... Truthfully I don't know...
