Michael, I tend to agree with you. I'd say that what they have done is add up every mainframe seat IDI ever sold back in the good old days and then superimpose them on the current market. My guess ... OTEXF has simply purchased about 1.3 Million qualified prospects (seats that is) at about $8 a head, which isn't so bad a deal. It is probably a kind death for Basis ... it could have been much worse ... see ALTS! Anyway we're having a good bit of consolidation going on here. In the last six months the DM sector has lost FULCF, ALTS (not yet I know, but don't hold your breath) and now IDI (just to name the ones I can remember). The question is who's next? I'll take a stab in the dark and say DOCSF to take out OPTK. What do you think? Michael.
