Yahoo!! It's official as of 1 AM this morning. Longs rejoice, Alcatal is buying us. Implied value of the deal based on yesterdays close is $35/share for DSC, can you f*&#ing believe it? biz.yahoo.com I'd hate to be someone who bought Alcatel yesterday, you know it's going to tank when the market opens on this news. WOW, I'm happy to get even $25 for my shares. It's a beautiful thing. FB
