DES, so did you always want to be a Mounty? I do have to admit you at least tried to answer the questions, I guess that's why they all think of you as their guru. However, no you did not answer them all but it is close enough to TVL issuing their year-end statements that i'm willing to wait to see that filing before i raise those issues again.
I guess you were so embarrassed by the misinformation you put out about ACRI's S3 that you felt compelled to break the code of silence. Cudos.
As to your statement:
As for you continual question over the value of the license --it's
meaningless.

I agree with you entirely, the value of that license is meaningless.

See, I still see no credibility in TVL's management, that's why I remain short.

As far as your questions on ACRI i suggest if you can't satisfy yourself to any answers, then you should short the stock. Personally
I have confidence in the management team (who have never sold any shares) and respect for the institutions which have invested, that i'll just let my money ride. As i said a few months ago, Mr. Market knows.

You however did raise another point about a meeting between TC and Soundview. Were you referencing a meeting before or after TC tried to unsuccessfully sell his technology to Soundview?

As to some other questions you raised you may want to check the ACRI board
