Dear Gary,

I am puzzled. My checks on the business indicate continued improvement. My experience with management is they underpromise and over deliver. I see no changes in the current fundamentals of the business. They continue to improve.
Was the stock ahead of itself at $12? Depends on the numbers the company puts up in the next couple quarters. I am pretty comfortable with $.65-$.75 for next year.
Likely non-fundamental reasons for price decline:
1)A major holder or two has decided to sell the position.
2)OTC decline of ~10%.
3)When stocks momentum stalled, momentum holders bailed.
4) Rumors(untrue as far as I can tell)of an imminent financing?
5) Margin selling.

It is odd that the analysts who wrote so highly of the company just a few months ago have not come out and reiterated their buys. I would expect that to happen before the quarter closes.
Anyone see it differently?
