*OFF TOPIC* Carl, I saw several extremely rational, informative, and well-written posts by someone named Carl R. and I finally clicked the name to check out the profile. I was not surprised to see it was you. You're the most rational person I've yet to encounter on SI. As far as VECO goes, I did some research on them awhile back and grew interested. Someone in the industry commented on how their AFMs were mostly playthings and grew discouraged on their potential. The press release from today seems to indicate their latest AFMs work and I'll track the stock. I've never listened to any of their CCs. What are their forward looking comments about their business and do you know how they compare to the competition? The trend in sales looks great. What does the company think about the next couple quarters? SORRY, you asked me about VECO and you probably know more than I do about the company. Bob
