Pity about the no penny stocks rule. I have a very good example of your scenario. However, check my posts with the graphs and it should n't take long to figure out which it is that I'm "not" referring to. Onward. I like the basing/flatline approach, if I know the fundamentals, it usually is a good time to buy. I usually am pre high volume though, I like to beat the rush. Have you found a filter to locate companies with a flat line forming? It would make it easier than scanning hundreds of charts. I definitely agree with the bottom picking part of your plan, it offers the least risk. Perhaps this summer the tech stocks will give us a chance.Any parameters for the length of time to call it a base? Best, Savant
