yes - you're right doing the math from the NR. I simply took the old average $1 and called it a Cdn buck for the $4-5. My feeling was that I'd err on safe side - and no one would believe me if I said $19 these days. But in the long term - depression or not - CHL should be a healthy gain from these levels.
