I think it is a form that you have to file if you are an insider selling stock. I think someone mentioned this before and that someone sold something like 438 shares -- so basically it was nothing.

I have a visitor registration for Edgars but you can't read the 144 with that. Might pay the fee once DGIV's form 10 is there.
