Look at the SC 13D filed on May 4th on Edgar SEC filings. It shows
Dr. Phan buying the shares. Looks like he must be expecting
something to happen. However, he purchased them via financing
that isn't due for four years. So, there is time. What analyst
report shows them going to $8?

I'm like you, I only have a small position with this company because
the future direction is not real clear. However, there are some
very bullish signs.
