The way I came up with my lists for the NYSE & NASD was to scan my database which may not include all the issues. The list I use for the S&P came from the S&P Web Site; therefore, I have to assume it is complete.

Really as long as the SAME ones are used each day for the scan the exact % is not as important as the change.
