John Carney -- "Mr. PAIR" -- does the action the past two days mark a turning point for PAIR, or is it the beginning of the end?

I'm asking because I haven't followed the fundamentals for awhile. The technical indicators tell me this may be a turnaround play. MACD shows a technical divergence with the price making a lower low, while the MACD histogram made a higher low. Daily stochastics have been oversold for quite some time, and the weekly stochastics are almost there.

Do the telcom deals the past week and the focus on fiberoptics threaten to make PAIR's core business obsolete? Is PAIR likely to have earnings revised downward? I'm seeing a trailing PE which is still at about 23x -- not cheap if the growth is slowing. I'm tempted to play it for a technical turnaround (if it drifts back to 13+ with a general market decline), but I don't want to get blindsided by a fundamental surprise.
