Bruce, Over 5% means they have to file. They may have until the 10th of the month following their crossing that threshold, however. Similar to insider trading. We should know soon, although maybe that's where Bloomberg picked it up and it just hasn't hit Edgar yet. It sure does explain the relative strength "A" rating in IBD. Dwight
