Shane and others:
Comments just made on CNBC that MERRILL LYNCH was upgrading a number
of semiconductor stocks. Generally semi companies that sell to the
networking companies to expand bandwidth. LSI was the first company
mentioned. The semi companies mentioned were upgraded from neutral to
accumulate near term. Broadcom and VTSS were also mentioned. The upgrades
were made by one of Kurlak's associates. David Faber (sp ?) just
reiterated that Merrill upgraded LSI. Hopefully, this upgrade will help.
