Many of us who lurk around the phone biz really appreciate your views and experience. Please do not be offended by responders who do not share your views or viewpoints. This thread is slow enough for such an exciting industry. I personally do not think MOT can get out of its own way, and by themselves are the reason the US is stuck with obsolete analog systems. I live in rural Vermont and now finally are starting to have coverage equal to what rural Norway had in the 70's. In '75, I traveled to Svalbard, 80 degrees N. as a supplier to Norwegian Tel Co. We built alt.power systems, wind solar diesel at remote sites. At that time I could call Vermont, and be called, when 70 miles from Longyearbeen, while dodging icebears. Wish I had held Ericy & Nokia since then. Instead, I have been rolling Nokia calls for the last 2 years, for 6 figure US$ gain. Best time to buy is when MOT warns again! Keep up the great work.
