Kerry: I did not get a help or read me file with the demo either. It would help the average PC user know how to extract the file. No big deal to us but there are many PC users out there who are instantly afraid of messing up their PC's even when copying a screen saver file. For businesses with their own IT people, it will be a breeze to download the evaluation copy and run it to see if they want to buy it. In that regard though, I could not get a report to print as that was reserved for the full edition. It would be helpful for potential buyers to be able to print the partial list of the problems the evaluation copy finds. Printing the report gives users a free fix for some of their problems so that involves marketing trade offs. I am sure Zitec has thought this through. Could you get your report to print? They built the evalutaion copy so it would just go through enough of your hardrive to wet the appetite. Very good marketing idea.
