Do to the sensitive activities going on behind the scenes it has been decided that the company cannot and will not "LEAK" any information that could interfere with what's taking place. I agree with this policy as long as when these activities are completed we the shareholders are told in a responsible way and not just left to hearsey. I am sure that we all understand that the company is working in our behalf as is Merit Advisors who is counseling Interaxx Tech. Everyone is on edge and I am probably the biggest offender of this as I am somewhat closer to the action then most. We are looking for very positive things by DECEMBER 11th and both Merit and Interaxx know they must perform this time or face the rath of we the life blood of the company. I have been advised that a news letter will be out sometime during the week of JUNE 8th. It must be cleared by our securities attorney. I fully understand this action and will be looking forward to what they have to say. I do expect that some of what is going on will be released to us in that report and will be well worth waiting for. I as well as the rest of you need to go into a holding pattern till then. Time for cruise control.
