Good Post on the 5,000,000 shares. As I understand it the filing essentially clears away any administrative requirement before AMZN can sell these shares, correct? The obvious question now is when do we expect sale? No question that the net effect (no pun intended) will be dilution. Only issue now is how fast and how much?
