They are in debt technically speaking as they owe the reg-s
people x number of shares or 1 million plus interest. Come June 8
somebody will be standing around with his hand out. If the money is kept the shares are owed,I believe. I would say give them back the
million for now,pay the interest with shares and see if you can do
something with whatever's left of the half million which should be free and clear.Or would the last REG-S transaction just be canceled?
