Since it has been proven that plants have awareness and yogurt bacteria screams when you approach it with clear thoughts of eating it, I suggest you not only give up red meat, fish, and fowl, but also all vegetables, fruits grains and legumes. Therefore none of the feeling lifeforms on earth will have to be sacrificed to sustain your life.

Perhaps you can subsist on pure, filtered water and great gulps of fresh mountain air! :-)
